A cubicle system comes into our shop and gets stripped to its steel frame. The frame is inspected for integrity, the surfaces are sanded, the steel is repainted, and new textile or laminate covering goes on. It is rebuilt one hundred percent inside our own Houston facility, by our own people, and it goes back out with the appearance and the function of a new system, at 30 to 50 percent under the list price of new.
The covering goes on during the rebuild, so the finish is yours to choose: laminate, fabric, and paint are all specified at rebuild time, matched to your floor and your brand. And because nothing waits on a production slot, a re-manufactured floor can be seated faster than a special order that runs three months or more. We specialize in re-manufacturing Herman Miller systems, and we can match an existing panel system so added stations do not look bolted on.
